• MAINTENANCE & CONDITION CHECK: while you are away, I will regularly check that there are no water leaks, thieves, etc. in your home. I will take your mail and water your plants

• KEY SERVICE: who has your spare key in case you lose your key or someone needs to get into the apartment quickly while you are away? I will take care of your keys safely

• PURCHASES: do you need help purchasing a new sofa or e.g. setting up an internet connection? Or do you want to have fresh local delicacies and flowers waiting at your home ready when you arrive on vacation?

• SMALL REPAIRS: was there water damage (as happens so often here)? Did the air conditioner or water faucet break down? Do you need an electrician or a painter? Did the cockroaches take over your apartment and you need to get an expert there and fast? I have contacts with reliable experts and can supervise the repairs

• ADMIN: do you need help in French for business with a housing association, internet service provider, electricity company, or authorities? Let me make your life easier 😊
